"Yep, she did that!"

For my humanities class, Endurance, we looked into the definition of endurance and what is takes to endure something. We looked through the lives of different influencers, actors, etc. and developed a better understanding of their meaning of life, and what track they went on to create their own mission statement. Mission and vision statements, we learned, were vital to understanding our meaning of life. Without a mission, you can't complete the goals you want to work on for yourself. While constructing our own mission and vision statements, I was able to understand myself a lot more than before. I was able to develop a better understanding of what my peers and friends for almost twelve years thought about me, and it gave me time to reflect. For this AP, we worked on the first chapter of our autobiography. Check out my first chapter down below where you will learn more about my childhood and how it led me to think the way I do today!

To conclude, this AP really allowed me to reflect on times that I hadn't looked back on for quite some time. It made me realize that the tough times are behind me now, and that I have grown into the person I want to be because I went through those experiences. I now know myself better, and know what works and what doesn't quite work best for me! I'm excited for the roller coaster that is yet to come through the next couple of years.
